About Us
Our story began in 1979, when Dale Stevens transformed an old paper warehouse in Jackson, Michigan, into a welcoming restaurant known as The Hunt Club. Over the years, we grew into full-service restaurants rooted in the Jackson and Hillsdale communities.
In 2025, we rebranded as Sullivan’s, a family-style restaurant that honors our legacy while embracing a fresh, community-focused future.
